- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Pour melted butter over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbling. Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip.
- To assemble, layer the cream cheese mixture in a serving dish, top with sliced strawberries, and sprinkle with pretzel crunch just before serving.
