Instructions
- Preheat the oven as per the sugar cookie dough packaging instructions.
- Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and shape it into a round pizza on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake until golden brown and let cool completely.
- For the frosting, blend softened cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate powdered sugar and stir in vanilla extract.
- Create the strawberry glaze by heating water and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved.
- Add your plant-based gelatin and cornstarch while whisking continuously until thickened.
- Let cool slightly.
- Spread frosting over cooled cookie crust, top with sliced strawberries, drizzle with glaze, and finish with whole strawberries.
- Cut into slices and serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
