Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and mix in honey and mashed bananas until well combined. Whisk in eggs.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until mixed thoroughly.
- Gently fold in the flour until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for about 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
