- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
- 1 cup whole milk (warm)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
- Add yeast and cold butter; mix until crumbly.
- Gradually add warm milk and eggs, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Roll out chilled dough into a rectangle (1/4 inch thick) and cut into triangles.
- Place chocolate at the base of each triangle and roll to form croissants.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake croissants on parchment-lined sheets for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
