Ingredients
- 8 ounces manicotti shells
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 26 ounces pasta sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Boil a large pot of lightly salted water; cook manicotti shells for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, egg, and basil; mix until well combined.
- Carefully stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread about half of the pasta sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place stuffed shells on top and cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
