  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 26 ounces pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water; cook manicotti shells for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, egg, and basil; mix until well combined.
  4. Carefully stuff each shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread about half of the pasta sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place stuffed shells on top and cover with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
