Ingredients
- 4 Large Croissants
- 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
- 16 Slices of Turkey
- 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly
- 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
- 1/2 Cup of Arugula or Micro Greens
- 2 Tablespoons of Butter
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- Honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Spread apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other.
- Layer each croissant bottom with a slice of Havarti cheese, followed by four slices of turkey and a handful of arugula.
- Place the tops back on the croissants, brush them with melted butter, sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning, and drizzle with honey.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
