  • 4 Large Croissants
  • 8 Slices of Havarti Cheese
  • 16 Slices of Turkey
  • 4 Tablespoons of Apricot Jelly
  • 4 Tablespoons of Honey Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup of Arugula or Micro Greens
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Spread apricot jelly on one half and honey mustard on the other.
  3. Layer each croissant bottom with a slice of Havarti cheese, followed by four slices of turkey and a handful of arugula.
