- 100 grams feta cheese (crumbled)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (high-quality)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 pinch salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch ground black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant; let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped celery, sliced apple, toasted walnuts, and crumbled feta cheese; toss gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated; allow to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
