- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the cold heavy whipping cream and optional instant vanilla pudding. Beat on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually increase to medium-high speed until the cream doubles in size and reaches soft peaks.
- Add the whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Beat until well combined, about 1 minute.
- If too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of extra cream for desired consistency.
- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with fresh berries, chocolate curls, or nuts as desired.
