- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon freshly diced parsley (for garnish)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (for finishing)

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Pulse until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Scrape down the sides as necessary.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more red pepper flakes or lemon juice if desired.
- Drizzle in honey to add sweetness based on your preference.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and drizzle with extra olive oil before serving.
